Managed workspace provider Redbrick Offices raises $15-M led by India SME Investments
India SME Investments has led a USD 15 million round in Mumbai-based Redbrick Offices , marking the ninth investment from Fund II. Founded in 2015 by Ayush Goenka, Redbrick Offices is a managed office platform that oversees over 5 million sq. ft of Grade A office space across 8 cities and more than 60 centers. The thus-far bootstrapped company has scaled nearly three times over the past three years while maintaining profitability.The fresh funds will support the company's growth, positioning it to benefit from demands for flexible workspaces from enterprise clients and global capability centers.
