Manufacturing solutions provider Wootzwork raises $6.6 M led by Z47
New Delhi-based B2B (business-to-business) marketplace Wootz.Work has raised USD 6.6 million in a Series A funding round led by Z47, with participation from Nexus Venture Partners, AdvantEdge Founders, and Stride Ventures.Founded in 2023 by Karan Anand and Himanshu Uniyal, Wootzwork operates a global platform that serves original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) across India and Southeast Asia. The company maintains engineering and programme teams across India, the UK, the USA, Italy, and Germany. It has executed cross-border manufacturing programmes for over 22 global enterprises across North America, Europe, and APAC.The company plans to use the new capital to expand its engineering footprint, deepen manufacturing control capabilities, and take on larger manufacturing opportunities.
In Aug 2023, Wootz.work had attracted about USD 3.5 M from AdvantEdge Partners, Nexus Venture Partners, Z47, and others.For FY24, Wootz.work had reported about INR 10 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 1 Cr in Net Loss.
