Mapmyindia to acquire 9.9% in AR startup Puilmesh for Rs.50-L
MapmyIndia will acquire a 9.9% stake in geospatial company Pupilmesh Private Limited for about INR 49.95 lakh. The acquisition will support the company's business opportunity in the area of navigation. Pupilmesh, incorporated in November 2018, is engaged in the business of developing display technologies and augmented reality (AR) solutions. It is incubated at IIM-Bangalore's NSRCEL.
