Marine robotics startup EyeROV raises Rs.13-Cr co-led by AWE Funds, Unicorn India Ventures
Ernakulam, Kerala-based deeptech marine robotics startup EyeROV has raised INR 13 crore in a Pre-Series A funding round co-led by AWE Funds and Unicorn India Ventures.Founded in 2017, EyeROV develops advanced Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) and Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs) for underwater inspections. It also offers products and Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) models to B2B (business-to-business) and B2G (business-to-government) clients across sectors including power, oil & gas, ports, shipping, and infrastructure.The new funds will be used to accelerate research and development, drive new product innovation, and support market expansion within India and in global markets.
In Aug 2024, EyeROV had attracted about USD 1 M from Unicorn India Ventures.For FY24, EyeROV had reported about INR 4 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.12 Cr in Net Loss.
