Marketing tech co. Wondrlab raises Rs 40.8 Cr
Mumbai-based advertising & marketing tech firm Wondrlab has raised INR 40.8 crore (USD 4.6 million), led by Wildflower Private Trust (INR 12.5 crore), with participation from pi Ventures (INR 9.85 crore), Tanas Capital (INR 6.7 crore) and angel investors, at a post-money valuation of INR 796 crore (USD 90 million). The company will issue 7,744 preference and 500 equity shares at INR 49,472 per share.Founded in 2020 by Saurabh Varmaa and Vandana Verma, Wondralb provides various services across content marketing and digital experiences.Post the funding round, pi Ventures will hold 11.5%, Tanas Capital 7.82% and Wildflower 1.5%. The founders will hold 60%.
In Mar-21 Wondrlab had attracted about USD 6.65 M from pi Ventures, Tanas Capital, and others.
