Marketplace for agri products Faarms raises $2-M
Bangalore-based agritech service Faarms has raised $2 million from angel investors including Singapore-based Koh Boon Hwee and Germany-based Dr Cornelius Boersch. Founded in January 2020, Faarms is an online shop to access a large inventory of products to be delivered to the farmer's doorstep. The new funds will be used to expand Faarms' footprint in north-eastern, central and southern states of India. Besides, it is looking to add new product segments and deploy advanced technologies to make its multilingual platform easier for farmers to access.
