Maruti Suzuki 5 startups as winners of incubation program
Maruti Suzuki India has announced a collaboration with five startups-Bengaluru-based MiniMines , Easework AI and Sarvam AI , Hyderabad-based Siftly , and Noida-based CodeMate AI-to develop solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience. These startups were selected as the winners of the fifth cohort of the Maruti Suzuki Incubation Program, an initiative managed in partnership with the NSRCEL of IIM Bangalore.Sarvam AI plans to use generative AI-based multilingual models to build conversational AI agents for customer touchpoints, while Easework AI will implement agentic AI solutions to automate purchase workflows. Siftly will integrate generative AI to enhance brand visibility, and CodeMate AI will focus on accelerating software development for business process applications. MiniMines will develop solutions for the environmentally responsible recycling of end-of-life lithium-ion batteries.
In Jul 2024, MiniMines had attracted about $5-M from AngelList, Beenext, DeVC India, Kairos Capital, Micelio Fund, Munjal Family Office, Pegasus Fininvest, Shastra VC and others.Between Aug 2023 and Jun 2026, Sarvam AI had attracted about $288-M from Khosla Ventures, Lightspeed Ventures, Peak XV Partners, VH Capital, Bessemer and others.
