MayMyIndia acquires 3% stake in fuel mgmt enabler Nawgati Tech for Rs.1-Cr
Publicly-listed C.E. Info Systems has acquired 342 shares aggregating to 3% stake in Fuel aggregator Nawgati Tech Pvt Ltd for INR 1 crore. The startup will use the funding to launch its flagship offering “Aaveg†nationwide. Singhania & Co advised Nawgati on the legal documentation and closing of the investment. Founded by Vaibhav Kaushik, Aalaap Nair and Aryan Sisodia, Nawgati builds congestion management and compliance monitoring systems for fuel stations. It is incubated and supported by BITS Pilani's incubator PIED Society, and the Ministry of Electronics and IT.
