Kochi-based Cyrix Healthcare Pvt Ltd has raised equity funding from Somerset Indus Capital Partners, in a combination of primary and secondary capital. Advay Capital Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to Cyrix and its promoters for this transaction.Cyrix Healthcare specializes in biomedical equipment maintenance, testing and calibration, repair, and refurbishment of medical equipment and sale of medical equipment and consumables. It employs 1,000+ trained biomedical engineers and operates directly in over 8 states. The firm also has a presence in the Middle East.
