Medplus Health's Rs.1,398-Cr IPO subscribed 53 times

The INR 1,398-crore initial public offering (IPO) of Medplus Health Services was subscribed 52.6 times on the final day. It saw applications for 66,13,67,268 shares against the total issue size of 1,25,75,154 shares. The issue consists of fresh equity shares worth INR 600 crore while existing shareholders and promoters will offload equity shares worth INR 798.30 crore. The Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) portion received 111.89 times subscription, while non-institutional investors bid 85.33 times and the retail investors category was subscribed 5.23 times. The price range for the IPO was INR 780-796 per share. MedPlus had mobilised INR 418 crore from anchor investors ahead of its initial share sale.
