Megasoft to divest 37% in Swiss arm Extrovis AG for $15-M

Publicly-listed, Chennai-based Megasoft Ltd is to sell its entire 36.52 % holding in Extrovis AG, Switzerland, an associate company, for USD 15 million (about INR 128 crore) to Refex Life Sciences Pvt Ltd.Megasoft is focused on Pharma, Aerospace and Defense Electronics areas.
