BV Krishna Reddy , the managing director of Hyderabad-based Megha Engineering and Infrastructures , is to raise about USD 700 million through private credit to acquire a 43% stake currently held by the company's executive chairman, Pamireddy Pitchi Reddy. The acquisition is intended to consolidate ownership of the firm under PV Krishna Reddy, who currently holds a 57% stake.Established in 1989, Megha Engineering and Infrastructures has grown to manage projects across more than 20 countries. Its operations include the development of tunnels, ports, highways, water systems, and power assets.
