Meme-based dating app Schmooze bags $4-M led by Elevation Capital
Palo Alto, CA (USA)- and Bengaluru-based AI-powered meme-based dating app Schmooze has attracted USD 4 million in a series A round led by ?Elevation Capital?and angel investors including founders of ?Ultrahuman?, ?The Souled Store?and ?Paytm?. The funds will be used for growth and for enhancing its AI engine.Founded in 2021 by Vidya Madhavan and Abhinav Anurag, Schmooze matches users on the dating app based on their meme preferences and sense of humour.
