Mental health platform Lissun in talks to raise Rs.45-Cr from Colossa Ventures

Gurugram-based mental wellness platform Lissun plans to raise about INR 45 crore (USD 4.7 million) in a Series A funding round. Mumbai-based Colossa Ventures is expected to lead this transaction, with participation from existing investors, including Rainmatter, IPV, and RPSG. The funding is expected to value the company at around INR 140 crore (USD 15 million).Founded in 2021 by Krishna Veer Singh and Tarun Gupta, Lissun operates a tech-enabled mental and emotional health platform. The company connects individuals with psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors, and other specialists through both online and offline services. Its offerings also include self-help tools, child development services, and enterprise mental wellness programs.

Between Sep 2022 and Jun 2026, Lissun had attracted about $ 5 M from Growx Ventures, IvyCap Ventures, Rainmatter Capital, Beacon India, Finvolve, Multiply Ventures, RPSG Capital Ventures, Others.For FY25, Lissun had reported about INR 6 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 10 Cr in Net Loss.
