Mental healthtech co. InnerGize raises Rs.4.5 Cr in pre-seed led by Antler India
Delhi-based mental healthtech startup InnerGize has raised INR 4.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Antler India with participation from angel investors including Arjun Vaidya (V3 Ventures), ?Sharan Hegde (Finance with Sharan), Ritesh Agarwal (OYO), Aman Gupta (boAt), Azhar Iqubal, and others. With this, the startup has raised a total of INR 6.5 crore in the pre-seed round.The round is structured in two phases, with the first INR 2 Cr coming from government bodies such as Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS), MeitY Startup Scheme, NGIS (Next Generation Incubation Scheme), and Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC). The fresh funds will be used for manufacturing, clinical trials, R&D, and its maiden product launch in April 2025.Founded in 2023 by Siddhant Bhargava, Shalmali Kadu, and Mitansh Khurana, InnerGize is a mental healthtech startup which aims to tackle stress with its key offering – a wearable InnerGize Gen 1. It claims to leverage “Neuroacoustic Vagal Modulation” technology, which is reported to gently stimulate the vagus nerve, described as the body’s natural “relaxation switch”.
