Merchant commerce unicorn Pine Labs raises $600-M from Fidelity, BlackRock, others

Noida-based merchant commerce platform Pine Labs has raised USD 600 million from new investors Fidelity Management & Research Company, BlackRock, Ishana, Tree Line and Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC. IIFL AMC, via its Late-Stage Tech Fund, and Kotak are also participating in this investment round. From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Apr-09 and May-21, Pine Labs raised about $638-M from Temasek, Mastercard, Actis, Altimeter Capital, Madison India, New Atlantic Ventures, Sequoia Capital India and others, including PayPal and Mastercard.
