Mesa School of Business to raise Rs.100-Cr in equity & debt

Bengaluru-based Mesa School is set to raise about INR 100 crore in a Series A funding round. The transaction is structured to include INR 84 crore in equity and INR 16 crore through venture debt.Founded in 2022 by Ankit Kumar and Varun Limaye, Mesa operates a business school. It currently offers three programmes focused on startup leadership, entrepreneurship, product, and artificial intelligence, catering to learners ranging from fresh graduates to MBA candidates.The firm intends to use the capital to support the expansion of its student base and its educational offerings.

Between Mar 2023 and Jan 2026, Mesa School had attracted about USD 10 M from Elevation Capital, InnoVen Capital, Z3Partners, and others.For FY25, Mesa School had reported about INR 10 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 22 Cr in Net loss.
