Micro gas turbine engine maker DheyaTech attracts Rs.43-Cr led by Avaana Capital
Bengaluru-based DheyaTech has raised INR 43-Cr in a pre-Series A funding round led by Avaana Capital, with participation from Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing.Founded in 2017 by Gurushankara K C, Abhinav Alva, and Chetan Kumar, DheyaTech develops micro gas turbine engines and energy systems for aerospace and power generation applications. The company’s engine portfolio spans 20 kgf to 400 kgf of thrust, targeting applications in aerial mobility, advanced aerial platforms, and distributed power systems. The turbines’ flight trials are scheduled for Q4 2026.The company plans to use the fresh capital to scale production, establish an integrated testing facility for its gas turbine engines, and collaborate with domestic and global customers to accelerate deployment timelines.
