Micromax launches Rs.250-Cr family office fund for deep-tech investments
Gurugram-based Micromax Informatics has launched a “family office fund” with a corpus of INR 250 Cr to invest in deep-tech startups in India and overseas. The fund aims to assist the startups with product commercialisation, manufacturing scale-up, and market access, with an average ticket size of INR 10 Cr to INR 20 Cr per investment. It will target investments primarily at the pre-Series A to Series B stages.Founded in 2000, Micromax Informatics has interests in electronics manufacturing, semiconductors, and emerging technologies.
