Milkstation nets $2.5 M from UK’s V-Dairy

Pali, Rajasthan-based D2C dairy startup MilkStation has raised USD 2.5 million (approximately INR 22.5 crore) in its first external capital raise from UK-based family dairy company V-Dairy.Founded in 2021 by brothers Nirmal Choudhary and Manish Choudhary, MilkStation sells paneer, ice cream, and ghee, with plans to introduce whey protein and protein-rich milk. The company operates an omnichannel distribution model and targets tier-3 and tier-4 cities.The startup intends to allocate approximately half of the new capital towards capital expenditure for new machinery and for expanding manufacturing facilities. The remaining funds will support market expansion, raw material sourcing, marketing initiatives, and the establishment of new ice cream parlours.In FY25, MilkStation’s reported an operating revenue of INR 27 Cr and a loss of INR 80 L.
