Mixed reality publishing platform Flam raises $40-M Series B
Bengaluru- and San Francisco, CA (USA)-based Flam has raised USD 40 million in a Series B round led by QED Investors, with participation from Claypond Capital, RTP Global, Martin Chavez, Olivier Pomel, Venky Harinarayan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Dovetail.Founded in 2021 by BITS Pilani alumni Shourya Agarwal, Malhar Patil, and Amit Gaiki, the company provides an AI-native interactive content platform. The platform enables brands to transform static media into interactive 3D, mixed-reality, and AI-agent experiences that operate through smartphone cameras without requiring an app.Flam plans to use the new funds for research and development of its AI models, expanding its product suite, and scaling enterprise sales globally.
Between Jul 2021 and May 2025, Flam App had attracted about $22 M from Athera Venture Partners, Kwaish Ventures, Silicon Valley Quad, Alphatron Capital, Dovetail Global Fund, RTP Global, Others.For FY25, Flam App had reported about INR 23 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 1 Cr in PAT.
