MO Alts invests Rs.190-Cr in Chennai, Pune residential projects

Motilal Oswal Alternates (MO Alts) has made two investments worth INR 190 crore from its sixth real estate fund, India Realty Excellence Fund VI (IREF VI).It has committed INR 100 crore to Chennai-based Radiance Realty Developers India Ltd, and another INR 90 crore to Pune-based Mantra Properties and Developers Pvt. Ltd, for their respective residential projects.
