Mobile-based data organising app Lio raises $5-M from Sequoia, Lightspeed
Pune-based Software-as-a-service (SaaS) company Lio has raised USD 5 million in seed funding led by Sequoia Capital India and Lightspeed India. The startup plans to use the funds to expand its engineering capabilities and increase the number of users of the mobile app. Lio helps its users organise their business and personal data on their mobile. Launched in November 2020, it claims to have crossed one million downloads on the app store within nine months. The app has also entered the Indonesian market in July 2021. It is currently available in 10 Indian languages and Bahasa Indonesia.
