Moore Strategic Ventures exits Zomato at a loss; sells shares worth Rs.187-Cr

Moore Strategic Ventures has sold off shares worth INR 187.11 crore in publicly listed food delivery services provider Zomato. It sold off a 0.54% stake on Jul 26, 2022 through a bulk deal that resulted in a minor loss on its acquisition cost.

In Feb 2021, Moore Strategic Ventures invested INR 190.56 crore through a secondary purchase from Nexus Ventures III Ltd. Zomato went public in July 22.
