Motilal Oswal invests Rs.260-Cr in Urbanrise-Alliance Group's 3 projects

Motilal Oswal has invested INR 260 crore in three upcoming projects of Urbanrise - Alliance Group, a real estate developer, in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The three projects include a 30-acre villa project on Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru; a 7-acre high-rise apartment project in Whitefield, Bengaluru and a 17.5 acre high-rise apartment project in Nizampet, Hyderabad. The total saleable area in these three projects would be about 6.2 million square feet which is expected to generate a revenue of INR 4,600 crore.
