MRI-focused med-tech startup Aikenist raises seed funding led by Venture Catalysts
Bengaluru-based medical technology startup Aikenist has raised a seed round led by Venture Catalysts. The round also saw participation from MARL Fund, Quant Fund, C-CAMP, Nandak Growth Catalysts, and angel investors.Founded in 2019 by Ashwin Amarapur, Aikenist provides AI (artificial intelligence) -accelerated magnetic resonance imaging (MRIs) to diagnostic centres and hospitals. The company offers a platform called QuickSuite which optimises radiology processes and claims to reduce time up to 70%.
