Mufin Green Finance raises Rs.125-Cr from Lighthouse Canton
New Delhi-based, publicly listed Mufin Green Finance Ltd has raised INR 125 Cr through the private placement of secured, rated, and listed non-convertible debentures to LC Capital India Private Ltd.The company plans to deploy the new funds across various lending verticals, including mediclaim premium financing, electric vehicle loans, rooftop and commercial solar financing, corporate lending, and early wage access programs. The capital raise is part of its strategy to strengthen its capital base and expand its diversified lending portfolio across retail and institutional segments.
