Music-tech co. Tringbox raises Rs.5-Cr
Mumbai-based music-tech company Tringbox has raised INR 5 crore in a seed funding round led by Nikhil Gandhi through GIPL. The transaction included participation from the MGB Family Office, Paytm Chief Business Officer Narendra Singh Yadav, and other angel investors through the company's parent firm, One Love Technologies.Founded by former Paytm executive Amandeep Singh Chawla, Tringbox is an in-store music intelligence platform developed for commercial spaces, including retail stores, gyms, hotels, cafes, clinics, salons, and restaurants.The company operates in stealth mode and claims to have deployed its platform across more than 30 commercial venues. Tringbox uses a proprietary Hybrid Neuro-Symbolic Music Engine that adjusts audio based on venue type, time of day, weather, temperature, and customer environment.In addition to its enterprise offering, the company provides a QR-based song request platform for hospitality and entertainment venues. The firm is also supported by NVIDIA Inception and AWS, having received startup credits worth INR 1 crore.The company plans to use the new funds to ramp up product development, expand its network of intelligent speakers, and scale deployments across premium venues.
