Mutual fund platform PowerUp Money raises $12-M Series A round led by Peak XV

Bengaluru-based mutual fund platform PowerUp Money has raised USD 12 million in a Series A funding round led by Peak XV. The round also saw participation from existing investors 8i Ventures, DevC, Accel, Blume Ventures, and Kae Capital.Founded in 2024 by Prateek Jindal, PowerUp Money operates as a zero-commission mutual fund advisory platform offering research-led advice through a subscription fee model. Its flagship subscription product, PowerUp Elite offers personalized mutual fund advisory, including portfolio reviews, rebalancing, and asset allocation. The company is also preparing to launch PowerUp Infinite, a fully managed advisory product. The new funds will be used to expand its research and advisory capabilities, scale its paid products, and invest in financial literacy initiatives.

In Jun 2025, PowerUp Money had attracted about USD 7 M from 8i Ventures, Accel India, Blume Ventures, DeVC India and Kae Capital.
