Mutual funds investment enabler Curie Money raises $1.2 M led by India Quotient
Bengaluru-based fintech platform Curie Money has raised USD 1.2 million in a seed funding round from venture capital firm India Quotient, along with institutional and angel investors.The proceeds will be used for team expansion, product development, technological infrastructure enhancement and market expansion, with a focus on current account and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME) segment.Founded in 2022 by Arindam Ghosh and Tushar Choudhary, Curie Money is a mutual fund-backed banking app that claims to combine high-yield investments with seamless payments. It allows users to invest in mutual funds while providing instant liquidity for their payment needs.
In Dec 2022, Curie Money had raised about USD 1 M from India Quotient.
