Nalanda Capital sells JustDial shares worth Rs.101-Cr, registers 1.29x RoI and 4.40% IRR

Nalanda Capital, via Nalanda India Equity Fund Limited, has sold 1018295 equity shares (1.64% stake) at INR 990.01 per share of publicly listed Just Dial Ltd. on Sep 29, 2021 through a bulk deal on NSE. The sale aggregates to INR 100.81 Crore. Post the latest sale, the investor would hold 6,002,028 equity shares (9.64% stake) in the company.
