Nanotech startup NoPo attracts $3-M from Micelio Fund, Inflexor, others
NoPo Nanotechnologies , a Bengaluru-headquartered startup in the field of nanotechnology, has raised USD 3 million in a pre-Series A funding round. The round was co-led by Micelio Fund and Inflexor Ventures, with participation from other climate-focused investors including Spectrum Impact, Aureolis, and angel investors.The fresh capital will be used to scale up production, enhance engineering capabilities, and execute a global go-to-market strategy.Founded by Gadhadar Reddy and Kelley Bradley, NoPo Nanotechnologies claims to have developed proprietary technology for producing high-quality Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes (SWCNTs). This has applications in improving energy density in electric vehicle (EV) batteries and in aiding semiconductor research for quantum computing.
