Natco Pharma to acquire hike stake in South Africa’s Adcock Ingram to 49%

Hyderabad-based, publicly-listed Natco Pharma is to acquire an additional 13.25% stake in South Africa-based Adcock Ingram Holdings through the acquisition of 19,618,825 shares at INR 5.89 per share. This investment will increase the shareholding of Natco Pharma in Adcock Ingram from 35.75 % to 49%.Adcock Ingram is a pharmaceutical company that reported a topline of USD 423 million and an EBITDA of USD 59 million for the nine-month period ending March 31, 2026.
