Naturis Cosmetics in talks to raise Rs.100-Cr
Jammu-based Naturis Cosmetics is in talks to raise between Rs.80 crore and Rs.100 crore from investors, including Sharrp Ventures and several domestic family offices.Founded in 2011 by Rahul Tandon, the company manufactures products for brands including Pilgrim, Plum, Nykaa’s Kay Beauty, and Innovist’s Bare Anatomy. It recorded an estimated revenue of Rs.250-300 crore in the previous fiscal year.
For FY25, Naturis Cosmetics had reported about INR 154 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 12 Cr in PAT.
