NDude Labs invests in dietary supplement seller Nutriventia

Mumbai-based nutraceutical and dietary supplement ingredients seller Nutriventia has received funding from California (US)- and Mumbai-based healthcare and wellness-focused investment firm NDude Labs.Investec served as financial advisor to Nutriventia on the transaction, while Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Stratage Law Partners were the legal counsel. PwC served as the due diligence advisor.Founded in 2022, Nutriventia develops proprietary branded nutraceutical ingredients. Its portfolio includes a low-dose turmeric ingredient for musculoskeletal and joint health and a natural caffeine-based ingredient for mental alertness. The company is also preparing to launch an alpha-lipoic acid ingredient. The firm provides ingredients to formulators and wellness brands across the US, Europe, Australia, South Korea, and Japan.The company plans to use the funds to deepen its research and development pipeline, expand its global commercial footprint, and scale its proprietary ingredient technology platform.
