Neo Alternative Asset Managers plans Rs.2,000-Cr real estate fund
Bengaluru-based Neo Alternative Asset Managers plans to raise INR 1,500-2,000 Cr for its maiden real estate fund, a category-II alternative investment fund (AIF). The fund will primarily offer credit to residential real estate developers across tier 1 and tier 2 cities.Neo Alternative Asset Managers, the alternatives arm of Neo Group, has onboarded Kaushik Desai, Vinit Prabhugaonkar, and Vimal Jangla, who previously held senior leadership positions at Walton Street India, to anchor its real estate investment platform.
