Neon Fund closes fourth fund at $25-M to back early-stage B2B SaaS startups
Neon Fund , a venture capital firm founded by the hosts of the former 100x Entrepreneur podcast, has announced the close of its fourth fund at USD 25 million. The fund is focused on backing early-stage B2B SaaS startups, particularly those leveraging artificial intelligence.Founded by Siddharth Ahluwalia and Nansi Mishra in 2023, the fund has already invested in 12 startups, with plans to back another 13 companies over the next year. Most of the investments made so far are in startups in stealth mode. The firm typically invests between USD 500,000 and USD 1 million per company.Portfolio companies backed through the fund include Game State Labs, Highperformr, Merlin AI, Zepic and Buddy. Neon Fund aims to help its portfolio companies scale to USD 10 million in annual recurring revenue within three years.Prior to the current fund, the firm launched a USD 10 million second fund in 2022 focused on B2B startups. Its portfolio includes Airmeet, Astra Security, CloudSek, InFeedo, Profit.co, Phyllo and SpotDraft.
