NeoSapien raises $2-M from Merak Ventures
Bengaluru-based NeoSapien has raised USD 2 million in a seed round led by Merak Ventures with participation from angel investors including Awais Ahmed (Pixxel), Anupam Mittal (Shaadi.com), Sameer Mehta (boAt), Namita Thapar (Emcure Pharmaceuticals), and Aprameya Radhakrishna (Koo).Founded in 2024 by Dhananjay Yadav and Aryan Yadav, NeoSapien claims to build memory infrastructure for ambient AI. The company’s flagship product, Neo 1, functions as a Personal AI Assistant (PAIA) it is designed for ambient intelligence, offering persistent memory, contextual reasoning, and proactive insights without requiring constant user interaction.The company plans to use the new funds to accelerate product development, expand its market presence, and strengthen hiring across key functions.
In Dec-24, NeoSapien had attracted funding from Untitled Ventures.
