Neo’s Infra Fund buys SolarArise in Rs.1,400-Cr deal
New Delhi-based SolarArise India Projects Pvt. Ltd has been acquired by Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund (NIIOF), the flagship infrastructure fund of Neo Group, for an enterprise value of INR 1,400 crore. The acquisition includes 433.5 MWp of operational solar assets located across Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana.
In Jun 2022, London, UK-headquartered ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust, the renewable energy investment trust, had acquired SolarArise for INR 299.53 Cr.
