Nexus Venture Partners cashes out Rs.208-Cr from logistics player Delhivery

Nexus Venture Partners has sold shares worth INR 208 crore in the Gurugram-based logistics firm Delhivery through a bulk deal on the BSE. This transaction follows two block deals in April that resulted in the venture capital firm offloading shares totalling INR 716 crore. With this latest sale, Nexus has monetised over INR 924 crore worth of shares in the company during the current financial year.Delhivery recently reported a 30% year-on-year revenue increase to INR 2,850 crore for Q4 FY26, compared to INR 2,192 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year. Its profit for the quarter stood at INR 72.3 crore.

Nexus Venture Partners first invested in Delhivery in Aug 2013 as part of its Series B round and continued to invest till Oct 2016. The company went public in May 2022. Nexus subsequently sold shares in Jan-19, Aug-19, Dec-20, Feb-24, Aug-24, Jun-25 and Apr-26.For FY25, Delhivery had reported about INR 8,252 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 113 Cr in PAT.
