Nexus Venture Partners offloads 1.6% stake for Rs.530-Cr in logistics co. Delhivery
Nexus Venture Partners has divested a 1.6% stake in Gurugram-headquartered logistics firm Delhivery for INR 530 crore (around USD 57 million) through a combination of bulk and block deals on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). It sold 1.2 crore shares at INR 442 per share via its funds, Nexus Ventures III and Nexus Opportunity Fund.
Nexus Venture Partners first invested in Delhivery as part of Series B in Aug 2013 and had invested until Series D in Oct 2016. Other investors in the company include Multiples, Fosun Group, SoftBank Corp, Steadview Capital, Baillie Gifford, Chimera Capital, Fidelity India, GIC, Addition Ventures, Amansa Capital, Bay Capital Investments, Franklin Templeton India, ICICI Prudential, Invesco, Mirae Asset Global Investments, Schroders and others.For FY25, Delhivery had reported about INR 8,252 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 113 Cr in PAT.
