Nexus Ventures-backed Neuro7.ai raises $44-M Series B

Bengaluru- and Santa Clara, CA (US)-based Neuron7.ai, a Service Resolution Intelligence focused enterprise software firm, has raised USD 44 million in Series B funding led by Smith Point Capital, the firm founded by former Salesforce co-CEO Keith Block. Existing investors including Indo-US cross-border venture capital firm Nexus Venture Partners and Battery Ventures participated in the round that takes the total capital raised by Neuron7.ai to more than USD 63 million.In the last 12 months, Neuron7.ai is claimed to have increased annual recurring revenue (ARR) by 300% while adding enterprise customers from the medical device, high-tech device, and industrial equipment industries.The new funding will accelerate its product innovation and enterprise-focused go-to-market growth initiatives, enabling the delivery of service industry-specific AI solutions and supporting deeper integration into CRM applications, chat, and other service workflows.Neuron7 plans to scale operations in India, targeting 10x growth in 2024. The expansion will focus on recruiting talent across data science, search, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), infrastructure, engineering, and QA (quality assurance) to strengthen capabilities, while supporting the aim to make its Bengaluru office a global hub for AI engineering and business innovation.
