Nexus Ventures participates in customer service s'ware Neuron 7's $10-M Series A round
Pune and California-based Neuron7.ai, a customer and field service software, has raised USD 10 million in Series A funding led by Battery Ventures and Indo-US cross border VC firm Nexus Venture Partners. Both firms took part in Neuron7's seed round funding last August. Cloud-based Neuron7 Service Intelligence Platform helps service organizations improve service metrics like first-time fix, tribal knowledge capture, faster turnaround times, call deflections, and customer satisfaction. Since its launch last year, Neuron7 has been deployed by Keysight Technologies, Xilinx, Parkview Healthcare, Softtek, and others. Neuron7 plans to use the new funding to grow its product and customer success teams in the US and India.
