Nisus Finance exits Shriram Properties’ Bangalore project with 19% IRR

Economic Times   Shriram Properties’ Chirping Ridge  

Real Estate Credit Opportunities Fund - I (RECOF-I), managed by Dalmia Nisus Finance Investment Managers LLP, has successfully exited its INR 40 crore investment in Shriram Properties’ Chirping Ridge residential realty project in Bangalore. The exit, which happened within 2 years of investment, has secured a return of approximately 19% IRR.The Shriram Properties Chirping Ridge project, developed along with Bangalore-based Jain Heights, is a plotted development spread across 21 acres in Malur Taluk, Kolar district, Karnataka, with a total potential of 5.43 lakh sq. ft.
