Nisus Finance invests Rs.70-Cr in 3 residential projects in Bengaluru

Nisus Finance has invested INR 70 crore in three residential projects located in Bengaluru. The capital was deployed through the firm’s INR 1,700 crore Real Estate Special Opportunities Fund I, which is a Category-II alternative investment fund (AIF) managed by Nisus BCD Advisors.The residential projects are being developed by Sumukha Housing , a developer led by Arjun Vasu and Varun Vasu. The portfolio of projects holds a total gross development value of about INR 300 crore. Sumukha operates with a focus on low-rise residential communities across various micro-markets in Bengaluru and has delivered over seven lakh sq ft of residential and commercial space to date.
