Nisus Finance invests Rs.90-Cr in Paranjape Schemes' housing project in Pune

Structured real estate credit fund manager Nisus Finance Services has invested INR 90 crore in a residential project managed by Realnet Ventures, a subsidiary of Pune-based Paranjape Schemes (Constructions). The transaction was executed through the investor’s Real Estate Special Opportunities Fund-I.The project is a residential tower situated within Blue Ridge, a 150-acre mixed-use township in Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune. Developed by Paranjape Schemes (Constructions), the township features 33 residential towers.
Between Jan 2007 and Jun 2023, Paranjape Schemes Construction had attracted about $627-M from ASK Group, Walton Street Capital, BlackSoil Realty, Ascendas, KKR, Blackstone, IDFC PE, ICICI Prudential PMS, Piramal Fund, GE Capital, HDFC Venture, and others.
