Non-alcoholic drinks brand Lahori raises Rs.200-Cr from Motilal Oswal Wealth

Chandigarh-based beverage maker Lahori has raised INR 200 crore in primary funding from Motilal Oswal Wealth for a 7% stake. The round will push the valuation of the company to INR 2,800 crore, a 3x increase from INR 900 crore in 2022. Existing investor Verlinvest may partially exit in this round.The fresh funds will be used by the company for expansion of manufacturing capacity to 8 million bottles per day.Founded in 2017 Saurabh Munjal, Saurabh Bhutna, and Nikhil Doda, Lahori sells carbonated non-alcoholic drinks. The company has two manufacturing plants in Punjab and Gujarat and has recently entered the quick commerce platforms.

In Dec-21, Lahori had attracted about USD 15 M from Verlinvest.For FY24, Lahori had reported about INR 311.6 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 22.55Cr in PAT.
