Non-ferrous metals player Arfin attracts investment from JFE Shoji India
Publicly listed, Ahmedabad-based Arfin India Ltd has entered into a strategic partnership for the global distribution of aluminium products with JFE Shoji India Pvt Ltd, an affiliate of JFE Shoji Corporation in Japan. The company has made a preferential issue of equity shares to JFE Shoji India Pvt Ltd, on a private placement basis.
