Nuvama-Cushman Fund buys Rs.2,550-Cr office campus in Chennai from Keppel
Nuvama & Cushman & Wakefield’s (NCW) Prime Offices Fund has acquired a 2.4 million sq ft office campus in Chennai from Singapore-based asset manager and operator Keppel for about INR 2,550 crore. The deal marks the second acquisition for Prime.The office campus, One Paramount , is located in Chennai’s western suburb of Porur. It is a Grade-A technology park housing tenants such as Genpact, Maersk, UPS, VMware, and Hitachi Energy. The property is part of a 12.6-acre development.Keppel acquired One Paramount for about INR 2,100 crore in mid-2024 from realty developer RMZ Corporation and Canada Pension Plan (CPP) Investments.
