Nykaa acquires majority stake in skincare products startup Earth Rhythm
Publicly listed, Mumbai-based beauty products retailer Nykaa has acquired a majority stake in Earth Rhythm , a Gurgaon-based startup which is focused on skincare products.
In Apr-22, Earth Rhythm had raised USD 8 million in a Series A round led by Nykaa with participation from existing investor Anicut Capital.
